Newsreel Asia is a one-of-its-kind news platform that does storytelling in the form of docuseries and long-form video stories, and features news briefings and commentaries, with a focus on generating empathy and bringing common people’s needs to the centre of public discourse.

Redesigning of Newsreel Asia identity and branding

Dusqen was commissioned to lead the rebranding of Newsreel Asia, with the objective of addressing the limitations of its existing identity. The previous branding system was unable to effectively support the brand’s growing presence across diverse platforms and media formats. Our task was to create a versatile and cohesive visual language—one that not only maintains brand consistency but also adapts seamlessly to the demands of multiple mediums, from digital channels to print, broadcast, and emerging interactive platforms.
